When they can't sell books they rip off the covers and send them back to the manufacturer for a refund, then throw out the books. I went through the books and ended up with one of his - Sacrifice. That was 12 years ago and I still have the same book. It totally rocked my world. It's pretty harsh, though. When I was homeless, I was wandering around the streets one day behind a bookstore.
